Beautiful piece and fantastic customer service

This is such a beautiful bracelet that I’ll wear for my wedding. Poetry Designs customer service is the real highlight though. My order arrived and the bracelet was too large. I emailed to let them know my wedding is next week and was enquiring about purchasing a second bracelet, with shorter length, that would hopefully arrive on time. Kavitha responded so quickly to say a second had been sent to me free of charge and we’d worry about the return on Monday. It arrived the following day. I am so grateful and could not recommend this brand more. I’ll be telling all my friends to purchase from here!!
